From the start of restaurant Fitzgerald in 2015 in Rotterdam, Soba Studio was in charge of PR, communications, and social media content. We helped to define the tone of voice of the restaurant and created weekly content to inform consumers about the broad variety of high end wines and changing menus. Danny Gonzalez and his Restaurant Fitzgerald earned it’s well deserved Michelin star in november 2017. Critics describe the menu as a fantastic variety of flavours with surprising twists by the chef.
