Case: Brand identity and DNA, marketing strategy, content and communications
Soba Studio created the marketing and sales strategy and brand identity for the high end residential project De Zalmhaven in the Scheepvaartkwartier in Rotterdam. Developers Amvest and AM asked us to create the brand DNA for De Zalmhaven.
De Zalmhaven is going to be the tallest building in the Benelux, with a 215 meter skyscraper and two complementing buildings of approximately 70 meters. The project will house 475 residential apartments, a parking garage, rooftop garden, offices, and commercial facilities.
We created the brand strategy, brand identity, sales campaign, a website, sales brochures and construction boards. In collaboration with The Phoney Club.
We also created a communication strategy for De Zalmhaven. Across different online platforms and media we create exclusive content and formats to inform the audience about the development process and write editorial content about partners and local entrepreneurs.
We took care of daily social media management and online community building for De Zalmhaven. We informed the public with original content formats, resulting in a daily growing social network.
