Groot Rotterdams Atelier Weekend is a yearly contemporary art event in the whole city of Rotterdam. The third edition takes place on 24 and 25 September 2022. This event provides art lovers a unique moment to meet artists in their studios and to buy work directly from them, but also to explore the many studio complexes located throughout the city.
Soba Studio partnered up once again with Groot Rotterdams Atelier Weekend and Droom en Daad and created a marketing, PR and social media strategy to target the right audience for this big art event.
This year, more than 640 artists will be showing their work in more than 80 locations. The diversity of studios, artists and artworks reflects that of the city: from graduating students to well-established artists, working with all imaginable techniques and media. The artists and complexes for each district can be found at grootrotterdamsatelierweekend.nl. An online designed city map gives visitors the chance to map out their own route during the event.
